If your environment is not organized and related stuff to your task is missing, you do not maintain a healthy mind. Organize your desk and clean your room for internal satisfaction. When you feel overwhelmed and do not focus on the task, remove distractions from your surroundings.

Daily journaling helps in thought organization. It is the safest method to express your thoughts and beliefs in a journal. Writing on paper declutters your mind. You can think freely and make yourself creative.
